NOTIFICATION

No.B. 11041/1/2015-HMP, the 7th December, 2015. In exercise of the power conferred under

section (3) of Section 1 of the Mizoram Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2015 (Act No. 15 of

2015), the Governor of Mizoram hereby appoints the 1st January, 2016 as the date on which the provisions

of the said Act shall come into force.
